I try to work with the most difficult cases: overweight people, people over 50, and those with various disabilities. I believe that everyone has their own unique challenges. Therefore, I design individual exercise routines for each of my clients. I try to adapt the way of doing every exercise up to the personal needs of each of my clients.
I have experience collaborating with nurses and therapists to accurately determine clients' needs while recovering from injuries. I also participated in the rehabilitation processes of patients up to the full recovery. As a former professional sportsman, Acrobatic Combined Men, I suffered injuries as well, and received treatment, but for further rehabilitation I selected proper exercises for myself. I strongly believe that each person needs to be given a unique personal program.
Working with clients in the gym I create strength training programs for their individual needs and goals which are designed for a wide range of ages and levels of fitness.

I am a well-rounded trainer with experience playing football, basketball, and track (high jump) on the college and pro levels. My dreams of playing pro basketball got cut short due to an injury. I have always loved working out, finding new ways to test my mind and body. My style is very much that of cross-training with a focus on practical movements and core strength.
